KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and storing food items and following the necessary preparation procedures.
• Cut, boil, pan fried, deep fried, wrap and other skills to prepare all food items.
• Cook food items to perfection to meet the quality standards.
• Works with other employees as a team member to improve the productivity of the operations.
• Care about food presentation, food quality and proper food handling procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Punctual and reliable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented
• Detail-oriented, creative, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in fast paced high-volume operations
• Must be documented with the proper IDs.
• NY Food Protection Certificate a plus
• Communication, read and write Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus
